Operation:
This utility converts .jpg files to .swf Flash image files.
It simply writes up the headings that the Flash player needs
to see, in order to read in the bitmap file.
Limitation:
.jpgs saved with progressive format will NOT work. (only baseline
.jpg will be valid .swf files)

to obtain a noncommercial license: simply snail mail a postcard

Possible
Use: Zarinmedia needed to have an easy way for one of
its clients to update images into an existing self-maintenance
component for a Flash based website. Instead of asking our
client to buy a copy of Flash and then training them to use
it to simply convert their image files to .swf, or to implement
a costly Flash generator solutions, we offered this easy to
use utility as part of the solution.
